Those days when you feel like everything in your hand is failing/unproductive, those days when you question wayyyyy too many things, days when you feel you aren’t doing enough, days when you can’t figure out why you’re angry. I had one of those days today. I just felt so tired of school today. I was in class and I just felt like “what are you even doing here?”
Everyone has their own way of dealing with those kind of days, and because I love you, my sincere advice to you is take a chill pill.
The days, you feel terrible, beaten down, defeated (if we’re truthful to ourselves, we’ll admit that not everyday is bright and beautiful) is not the day to start thinking of all the things in your life that aren’t going well. You’ll get yourself depressed!
Now, am not saying if you have really serious issues, you shouldn’t confront them, you should, but only on the days you have a better mindset and mood because on the bad days, you’re probably toxic to yourself.
Take a chill pill, watch a movie, disconnect from social media for a while if you feel the need to, listen to music, have a small party by yourself and for yourself, skip class for a day (if you’re really feeling badass). In essence, just relax and take your mind off whatever is eating you up. Trust me, it will do you a whole lot of good. I came back, carried my laptop, had a drink and pure bliss, binge watched movies and started reading Attachments by Rainbow Rowell.

I’m not thinking of how much I don’t like Microeconomics, am not thinking of the C.A I have to fill, am not thinking of the notes I have to copy/read. Not today people. Enjoy”one of those days”, don’t overthink it.
